April Fool's Day is traditionally a day to play practical jokes on others, send people on fool's errands, and fool the unsuspecting. No one knows how this holiday began but it was thought to have originated in France.

上崗一個學期這幾個月時光中，轉眼間。深深的體會到這份工作純真及美好。作為“孩子王”與孩子在一起的氛圍是任何現代裝飾手段都無法營造。望著那一張張天真可愛的笑臉，一切的煩惱與憂愁剎那間消退，生活的詩畫便在眼前飛揚，使心田燦爛，溫馨甜美我覺得小學教師是一個純真和美好的職業。有人形容小學教師看起來永遠都是那么的年輕和充滿朝氣。這種形容不無道理。當你面對孩子們那雙清澈無比又充滿童真的眼睛時，當你聆聽著他銀鈴般的笑聲時，每個人都仿佛又重新回到童年時光。這讓我更叫喜歡這個職業，讓我覺得這份職業如此純真美好。
英語教學上日趨成熟，可喜的經過半年的學習、積累、探索。逐漸收放自如，總結出了一套自己的教學方法。現簡單列出：
一、激發興趣。
將會使教學工作取得事半功倍的效果，興趣是孩子們最好的老師。使學生帶著濃厚的興趣去學習。這是教學中最深刻的體會。激發小學生的學習興趣并不難。小學生初學英語，對英語充滿了好奇與向往，與中文迥然不同的語音語調使他躍躍欲試，歐洲國家的風土人情使他眼界大開，再加上課堂上，使用了大量的彩圖、實物、頭飾、音樂等作為教學工具，設計了豐富多采的教學游戲，讓學生在玩中學，學中玩，身心愉悅地上英語課，不知不覺中就掌握了知識，使英語成為他最喜歡的科目。

二、及時復習。

三、嚴抓書寫。

時光如白駒過隙，轉眼已到期末?；仡櫛緦W期的教學工作，雖偶有生氣、不愉快，但收獲更多的是孩子們帶給我的快樂和感動。下面我從以下三方面總結一下本學期的教學工作：
一、教學研究：
三年級才開始真正接觸英語，學生的學習興趣影響以后的英語學習。所以，我本學期的宗旨是培養學生學英語的濃厚興趣，在此基礎上扎扎實實上好每一單元。根據三年級學生活潑好動的特點，我在課上給他們設計了動靜結合的游戲活動，如：猜猜我是誰、炸彈在哪里、吊死鬼、小老師等等，充分調動學生課堂的積極性，讓更多的學生參與進來！
小學生的模仿性特別強，“cartoon time”部分我會讓他們上臺扮演貓和老鼠，在感知課文的基礎上，體會當時的人物感情變化，模仿動物的語音語調，讓其他同學當評委，給扮演者打分。在此過程中小觀眾們也過了一把癮，所以他們最喜歡的就是cartoon time了。我們的教材設計的非常好，短語、句子都貼近生活。為了活學活用，我經常讓孩子們自編對話，把書中的人物名字改成自己的好朋友或喜歡的明星，這樣一來，課堂氣氛一度不受控制！結果是孩子們在輕松愉悅的氛圍中掌握了重難點。在狠抓口語的同時，我也落實了書寫，家庭作業循序漸進，從默寫字母、單詞到默寫句子，孩子們一部一個腳印，輕松快樂地打好了地基。
二、師生關系以及家校合作：
蘇霍姆林斯基曾說過：“沒有愛，就沒有教育！”所以，我一直相信愛的力量，我給孩子們寫信，和他們親切的聊天，表揚學生的每一次進步。我相信孩子們能感受到我對他們的愛，事實證明的確如此，他們用自己的方式回饋給我更多的尊重與喜愛。操場上見到我，大老遠跑過來，只為說一聲：老師好！下課后去我辦公室找我聊天，圣誕節前的那一天，我收到了很多愛心蘋果和卡片。這一切，讓我內心充斥著前所未有的滿足感。
經常聽其他老師講：家校合作，才能共贏。切身實踐后，我的感受更深。我很慶幸遇到了很多重視孩子教育，愿意配合老師的家長。因為有了他們的幫助，孩子們才有了明顯的進步，同時我也感受到了小花朵們慢慢綻放的喜悅。有些家長寧愿少賺點錢，也要多陪伴孩子的學習，有些家長為了孩子接受更好的教育，選擇把孩子從老家接到城里讀書。我也經常與家長溝通，反饋孩子最近的學習情況，并要求他們起到監督作用，大部分家長配合的比較好！相信有了他們的幫助，學生以后的學習會如虎添翼，更上一層樓。
三、教學中的不足之處。
1.對學困生的關注不夠。每個班都有幾個學不動、家長也不管的學生。老師如何對待他們，很重要！如果放任自流，只會惡性循環，學生越學越跟不上，越學越不想學。此時的補差顯得很重要，之前時間安排不合理，各方面對學困生的幫助不夠，以后需要加強對他們的關注。
2.對教材研究不夠，專業能力有待提高。我們常說，要給學生一杯水，老師要有一桶水。我覺得老師不僅要有一桶水，還要長流水。怎樣長流水？當然要有“源頭活水來”，要持續不斷地學習，并且言傳身教。教師自己如果沒有高昂的學習熱情，只是一味地要求學生好好學習，這樣的要求是沒有說服力的。所以，以后我會認真鉆研教材，每月讀兩本專業書，多聽優秀老師的課，向有經驗的老師請教，同時不忘反思日常教學工作，在實踐中改善教學方法，進一步提升課堂效率！

1、拓寬學習渠道，做到三結合
在每個月教研組的業務學習中，我們把自主學習和集中學習相結合，理論學習和實踐探究相結合，同事間彼此交流探討和網上資源閱覽相結合，不斷提高英語組每位教師的業務素質。
2、優選學習內容，做到有的放

本學期我們把教學研究的重點放在對五年級教材的分析和研究上：根據五年級教材的特點、主要內容，對教材提出了整合的研究意向，將較難把握的內容篩選出來共同分析、比較，確定了具體的操作方法。微觀上，我們以一個典型單元為例，就單元內容的課節劃分，重難點的把握，語言目標的確定，任務的科學設計，以及練習題的編寫和篩選，包括每課的預復習作業的安排進行探討研究，大家交換不同的想法，彼此在爭辯中進行思維的碰撞，在分歧中啟迪心智、激發靈感。
2、組織校內示范課、公開課，開展聽課、評課活動。
本學期安排了張曉翠、姚水財兩位教師上示范課、公開課。每一位開課教師都要以說課的形式，結合教學理論，講述教學流程安排的理由和想法;全體教師都參與評課并由一位教師主評。教研組還組織教師參加市級、鎮級的優質課、示范課的聽課，學習先進的教學經驗，并結合本校本班的實際情況提出自己的教學調整方案。
3、積極開展課題研究工作，提高教學效果。
