Practical Writing Teaching Mode Based on Task-driven

Abstract Task-driven teaching mode and the traditional teaching model, projects teaching model have both differences but also contact. Through questionnaires, task-driven teaching mode is more suitable for the job "practical writing" teaching practice. Simulation of the job situation, the creation of tasks, clear and specific tasks to do in the teacher-student interaction in learning to do one. Meanwhile, in order to make up for deficiencies task-driven teaching mode, "practical writing" must be combined with the second class, combining with professional, truly reflects the purpose of the foundation courses for professional services.

《中等職業學校語文教學大綱》(2009)共提出了17項應用文種,與職業工作有關的專業應用文種有11項,在“基礎模塊”、“職業模塊”、“拓展模塊”3個模塊均強調了對學生職業能力的培養,如何發展學生的言語能力, 由外顯層面的聽說讀寫能力提升為思維、情感、心智的內顯層面,而不是單純的某一項寫作技能,已成為中職院校《應用文寫作》教學中面臨的重要課題。
1 任務驅動教學模式與傳統教學模式、項目教學模式的比較
任務驅動教學模式、傳統教學模式和項目教學模式既有差異又有聯系。鑒于中職學校情況存在一定的普遍性,有必要對應用文寫作教學現狀進行調查研究。本研究以江西工程學校在校生為對象進行問卷調查,共發放問卷300份,回收問卷296份,其中有效問卷290份。問卷結合了MSLQ(Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire)、CLCEI兩個信效度都獲得驗證的現有量表的部分因素以及本課題組所開發的與應用文寫作的科技應用相關的題目。
“滿堂灌”的傳統教學模式不能做到及時預習—聽講—練習—復習,學生認為這種方式的教學解決不了實際問題。項目教學模式要求信息的收集、方案的設計、項目的實施及最終評價都由學生獨立完成,學生能夠自己處理項目中出現的問題,項目結束后應有可視的產品,大部分學生都認為靠自己獨立完成項目計劃是不可能的。學生對師生互動的任務驅動教學模式全部持歡迎態度,能運用應用文寫作解決相關實際問題,希望教師設計學習任務,在遇到問題時有教師在身邊指導。特別是校園模擬招聘會、征文比賽、演講比賽等任務設計,學生的參與度非常高。
2 任務驅動教學模式的運用
在課程資源方面,任務驅動教學模式一改傳統教學模式按單元授課的課程安排形式,代之以按任務需要靈活選擇教材內容。在教學方面,它打破了以“文體概念—文體種類—寫作格式—參考例文—思考與訓練”的傳統教法,代之以“任務情境—工作總任務—具體任務—活動流程—任務評價”的任務驅動教學模塊,以工作任務為中心引領知識、技能和態度。在教師方面,教師的課堂角色發生變化,從單純注重知識傳授轉化為“以教師為主導,學生為主體”,在引導學生完成富有創造性的工作任務過程中,培養教師因材施教的教學設計能力和靈活運用有效教學方法的能力。 以“校園模擬招聘會”這一工作情境與任務為例:
2.1 創設任務情境
為了鍛煉同學們的專業技能和實操能力,切身感受招聘求職環境,對未來的職業生涯有一個長遠的規劃和針對性的準備,了解社會和企業的用工需求,正確面對嚴峻的就業形勢和人才競爭壓力,掌握面試技巧,了解自身特點,提高社會競爭力,江西工程學校特舉辦“校園模擬招聘會”。本次活動的模擬公司為泰康電子有限公司、鴻準精密模具有限公司、平安保險(集團)股份有限公司三家企業。請同學們提前準備相關材料,進行會場布置,完成三家企業的招聘求職工作。
2.2 工作任務及要求
(1)撰寫招聘廣告文案。同學須分別為泰康電子有限公司、鴻準精密模具有限公司、平安保險(集團)股份有限公司三家企業撰寫招聘廣告文案,擬定廣告文案標題,正文包括公司簡介、招聘簡章、福利待遇等。要求實事求是,主題鮮明,新穎、高雅。
(2)設計并撰寫海報。在校園模擬招聘會現場,三家企業須分別展示各自的招聘海報。要求內容必須真實,可適當地用一些鼓動性的詞語,但不可夸大其詞;文字力求簡潔明了,行文直截了當;可根據內容的需要,配以畫面背景,但必須與海報的內容相一致,色彩和構圖要協調,給人以美感,同時要有一定的視覺沖擊力。
(3)撰寫求職材料(包括求職信和個人簡歷)。求職信應側重針對公司設置的具體職位陳述自己與之相適應的專業技能及個人品質等。請同學們根據自己的能力及興趣擬寫求職信,并注意知己知彼,有的放矢;充滿自信,態度誠懇;文面要求書寫清晰工整,不要出現錯別字。簡歷應側重陳述事實,將自己的個人背景、工作經驗和主要專長等羅列其中,方便用人單位對自己有一個比較全面客觀的了解。簡歷注意要簡約,有的放矢;不宜翻版求職信,要用成果說話;要有個性。
2.3 明確具體任務,做學一體
(1)分組,包括招聘組和求職組。組內成員分別扮演泰康電子有限公司、鴻準精密模具有限公司、平安保險(集團)股份有限公司三家企業招聘人員及求職者,討論模擬招聘會會前、會中、會后各相關工作。
(2)進行會場布置。包括桌椅擺放、礦泉水、橫幅、桌牌、公司簡介、崗位設置、招聘人員數量、求職申請表及公司面試需要提到的問題等。
(3)每個同學分別完成工作任務中規定的招聘廣告文案、海報、求職材料。
(4)面試。要求掌握面試技巧。招聘者要開動腦筋,多提問題,盡可能全面地了解應聘者。應聘者需遞交求職材料,同時進行自我陳述。
2.4 根據“任務完成評價表”,充分調動學生積極性
根據“任務完成評價表”,學生分別完成自我評價、組內評價、組間評價,教師就學生在完成任務過程中的表現進行總結性點評。將個人評價和集體評價相結合,過程評價與結果評價相結合,同時加強教師的組織、引導、幫助、監督,強化評價的激勵、監督功能。
3 如何優化應用文寫作任務驅動教學模式
在具體實施過程中,任務驅動教學模式存在一定的缺陷,如工作任務應接近學生“最近發展區”;任務課時跨度大,任務實施難度系數較大;學生個體存在顯著差異,一些性格內向、基礎較差、自信心不足的小組成員可能出現濫竽充數的現象,很大程度上削弱了教學效果;“以教師為主導”對教師能力提出了更高要求。應將應用文寫作教學與第二課堂相結合,同專業相結合,貼近生活、走向社會。
3.1 應用文寫作與第二課堂相結合
第二課堂是指在第一課堂外的時間進行的與第一課堂教學相關聯的活動。它源于教材又不限于教材,形式活潑多樣,可在教室、操場、校外進行,以文體活動為主,文體活動讓學生樹立信心,害羞內向的學生可以在文體活動中吸收正能量。第二課堂激發了學生各方面的潛能,培養了學生良好的習慣,對發展學生個性、促進學生成才和教師的成長都起著積極的推動作用,所以它不是簡單的單向活動,而是雙向受益。
校園模擬招聘會不僅使每個學生將廣告設計、廣告文案、海報、求職材料等知識系統化,而且在職業場景中鍛煉了口語表達能力和臨場應變能力,通過行動學習和體會處理實際問題。如江西工程學校舉辦了3次應用文寫作培訓班。內容涉及學生學習、生活及今后就業,同時設立獎項,極大地激發了學生學習的熱情。學生不僅擴展了知識面,而且提升了個人的綜合素質。
3.2 應用文寫作 同專業相結合
針對廣告專業學生,應用文寫作整個教學過程都緊扣專業,體現專業特色。求職材料屬于教材第二單元“個人文書”,海報和廣告詞屬于第六單元“信息文書”。“校園模擬招聘會”的工作任務打破了課本設置的原有順序,整合了廣告文案、海報及求職材料三個模塊。教學不再拘泥于原來的紙上談兵、閉門造車,而是走向社會。如不單純讓學生撰寫廣告詞、求職材料、海報等文體,而是在籌備模擬招聘會過程中讓學生親自動手進行會場布置,這就需要學生自己同學生科、團委、廣告公司、稅務局、超市等學校組織和社會組織溝通銜接,鍛煉了學生組織協調能力、團結協作精神。在招聘會進行過程中,招聘方為尋求合格的員工需要針對不同條件的應聘者詢問相關問題,應聘方為成功求職需要充分準備,發揮口才,將思維、情感全面調動起來,單調的應用文寫作課變成了個人展示才華的擂臺。學生在逼真的模擬情景中找到專業契合點,學生有豐富的社會實際作為支撐,“要我寫”變成“我要寫”,教師引導學生在實施任務的過程中深入生活、洞察社會,用心感悟,獲取情感體驗,真正體現了基礎課程為專業服務的宗旨。
