您好！
今天，我懷著深深的愧疚以及無比的懊悔寫下這份檢討書，來彌補我在您的課堂上所犯下的錯誤，并且真心的懇請您的原諒。
這個星期連續上了七天課，而明天就要迎來三天假期，我不由自主的提前放松了心情，而音樂課一直理所當然的被大家公認為副科，加之一向美麗溫柔的您，在此刻更是不具備殺傷力。全班同學無一例外的“暢所欲言”，雖然我沒有大聲喧嘩，只是“小心警惕”的和同桌討論著一個數學難題，但是身為班干部的我不僅沒有起帶頭作用，還放縱自己的嘴巴，實屬“罪加一等”啊。
其實我一直特別喜歡您，您專業的教學水準，敬業的教學態度，讓我受益匪淺。而那一刻，我不但沒有感恩，還深深傷了您的心。在這里我由衷的對您說：“對不起！”希望您能接受我遲到的歉意。
