中職英語聽說教學措施對于英語的學習，已不再只是單純的記單詞、寫句子和應付考試。如何在日常生活中靈活的運用英語成為了英語教學需要解決的問題。語言的功能是交流與溝通，英語當然不例外。因此，從本質上講，中職英語教學就一定要注重加強聽說教學。本文在分析當前中職英語課堂教學存在問題基礎上提出了加強聽說教學的策略。
一、中職英語課堂中存在的問題
有些學生的英語成績非常的優秀，可是卻沒有辦法張口說英語。英語是一門語言，不僅用于書寫，更多的是用于交流和溝通。我們過去的英語教學重視學生單詞的記憶和語法知識的掌握，并沒有重視學生聽說能力的培養。這種認識上的誤區也導致很多學生的英語是所謂的“啞巴英語”，只能閱讀，無法聽說。所以，要想提高學生綜合的英語水平，必須重視英語課堂中的聽說教學。
二、加強中職英語聽說教學的策略
1.創設情境，活躍課堂
傳統的英語課堂由于理念落后、認知不足等原因，課堂教學效果低下，教師講得很辛苦，學生學得很痛苦，彼此都投入了時間和精力，但都很難實現預期的目標。所以，這種現狀必須要糾正，英語課堂應該讓學生成為真正的主人，圍繞學生去設計思路，努力激發他們的興趣。因此，創設情境活躍課堂非常的重要。英語教師應該抓住中職學生的心理和身心發展的特點，許多學生都非常想擁有一口流利的英語，但是非常害羞，害怕和別人交談，害怕出錯。所以，在中職英語課堂的教學過程中英語教師應該積極創設情境，讓學生融入課堂當中，將課堂學習的內容與生活結合起來，讓學生運用所學的詞匯、句型進行情境模擬表演。讓學生自己設計情境，在輕松愉快的氣氛下運用英語進行對話和敘述，提高學生的口語能力。
2.創建英語語言環境
學習語言環境很重要，一個好的英語語言環境對英語學習益處多多，因此教師在課堂上應該為學生創造出一個民主、和諧的英語語言環境，這樣他們就能融入課堂，產生興趣。所以，想讓學生喜歡英語這門課，任課教師要善于和學生進行溝通和交流，拉近師生之間的距離。
英語教師應做到表率作用，和學生的交流均運用英語。學生一時可能無法接受，但是只要英語老師堅持創建一個有聲的英語環境，就能夠鼓勵學生開口說英語，讓學生拋掉包袱，用英語和同學進行交流。教師應盡量給學生創造運用英語交流的機會。比如，遇到外國的節日，教師可以和學生一起按照節日的習俗度過。學生不僅能了解外國節日的具體內容，并且能培養英語口語能力。教師在英語課堂上，盡量給學生講一些英語的小故事，讓學生聽英語歌曲并且學唱，讓學生光看引文電影，并且從中找出自己最喜歡的片段用英語進行演繹。
教師可以請外國朋友走進英語課堂，和同學進行交流，讓學生與外國人有面對面的機會，提高學生對英語的學習興趣。
3.聽說結合
英語的聽說是密不可分的。很多英語教師喜歡在英語課堂上讓學生學習英文歌曲和看英文電影，但是未達到預先的聽說效果。久而久之，一些教師就放棄了讓學生通過學習英文歌曲和觀看英文電影來學習英語。究其原因，先是在教材的選擇上，教師不能根據自己的喜好選擇教材，而是應該根據學生的實際情況進行選擇。中職生的英語水平不高，在選擇教材上，應該選擇語速較慢，表達清楚且背景音樂噪音較小，選擇符合學生年齡階段的電影。讓學生堅持聽，如果聽不懂，就反復的聽，一直聽到能夠聽懂為止。
學生通過反復的聽，對電影的臺詞已有一定的記憶，此時應該讓學生把臺詞背誦下來，并且根據臺詞的內容，讓學生在課后進行短劇的編排，不僅能夠增加學生的英語詞匯，而且能提高學生的聽說能力。
4.強化英語演講訓練
英語教師可以根據中職生的實際情況，讓每一個學生都有機會在課堂上進行英語演講?？梢赃\用每節課的開頭十分鐘，讓學生上臺進行英語演講。上臺演講的學生的演講稿必須要自己獨立完成，由英語教師進行審核修改過后，把演講稿背下來，在講臺上進行脫稿演講。這對學生的要求非常得高，不僅考察學生的英語寫作能力，而且考察學生的口語能力。
例如，在課前，學生可以根據自己的喜好確定演講的內容，然后先用漢語把演講的大意寫下來，再進行逐句的翻譯。在這個過程中，學生對于一些生字詞，可以通過查字典等方式進行填補。完成演講稿的寫作，把演講稿給任課的英語老師進行審核和修改。學生把修改好的演講稿和未修改的演講稿進行對比，可以發現自己的不足，避免類似的錯誤再次發生。背誦演講稿是一個非常重要的過程。由于演講稿是學生自己寫的，對于演講稿的思路和大致脈絡比較清楚，所以有利于整體的背誦。最后的演講過程，是學生對演講稿的升華。
強化學生英語演講訓練，不僅能夠提高學生的自主學習能力，還能提高學生的口語能力，在反復的背誦過程中積累詞匯和掌握句型，形成良好的英語語感。
當然，教師應該設立相應的獎勵機制，鼓勵學生進行英語演講的訓練。讓學生從害怕演講到喜歡用英語演講，讓學生用英語來表達自己的觀點，讓學生沖破英語聽說的障礙，更好的學習英語。

論文摘要：大學英語教學在對學生語言交際性發揮方面還存在不足，所以把英語演講教學引入其中對于學生興趣的發展，語言能力的提高，跨文化意識的建立，及個人綜合能力的提高都有很強的積極作用。本文對開設英語演講教學的可行性，設置方法，作用及要求給與了詳盡的論述。
一、導言
以雄辯為核心的演講術是人類社會文明與智慧的結晶，其作用和威力是不可估量的。在風云多變的國際政治與外交領域，英語演講經常被當作維護本民族利益或緩解國際沖突的有力武器。而且隨著國際空間的日益縮小，隨著北京奧運會的悄然臨近，英語演講在中國正逐漸成為一種時尚。
演講在美國的很多大專院校都是必修課，這說明演講在美國高等教育中占有很重要的位置，同時也說明，演講是需要經過系統的訓練才能掌握的一種本領。然而在中國，英語課堂傳統的教學法里老師只重視語言知識的傳授，也強調聽說，但是明顯層次不夠，沒有獨立性和現場性，不利于語言交際性的充分發揮。這種教學很容易使課堂氣氛沉悶，扼殺了學生的學習興趣。所以把英語演講引人英語教學當中對于學生興趣的發展，語言能力的提高，跨文化意識的建立，及個人綜合能力的提高都有很強的積極作用。
二、開設英語演講課程的必要性及可行性
語言教學不可能脫離言語活動，教師在教學設計中就要統籌安排，確保學生有大量的語言實踐、語言運用的機會。曾有作者對其大學不同系部的學生進行問卷調查后發現:學了6-10年英語，自以為已掌握了8000-16000詞匯的非英語專業學生，居然有90.7%的人沒有在公開場合用英語大聲說過3分鐘以上的話;62%的學生認為，口語不好主要原因是不知如何恰當地表達與詞匯量太小;只有5.2%的人十分肯定地回答，能流利地用英語回答老師的特殊疑問句。為了改變這種“啞巴英語”的狀況，其后此作者對非英語專業輔修外語的學生進行了為期30課時的英語演講課教學實踐。經過30小時訓練后，作者對接受了訓練的學生(39人，2個班)進行跟蹤問卷調查，結果顯示:91.4%的人認為此種口語訓練法內容新穎豐富;80%的人認為口語有較大的提高;85.7%的人認為在此課程教學中最大的收獲是膽量增大了，說好英語的自信心增強了;88.6%的人認為此課程的開設對他們未來的學習與工作有深刻的影響;97%的學生希望此課程能延期為1年。實踐證明:在課堂教學中，對學生進行英語演講訓練是提高學生聽、說、寫作能力與用英語進行邏輯思維的能力的行之有效的方法。
三、演講課的設置
1.教學形式
演講活動的方式可分為三類，即命題演講、即興演講和論辯演講。所謂命題演講(preparedspeech),就是由別人擬定題目或演講范圍，并經過準備后所做的演講。即興演講(unpreparedspeech),又稱即席演講或即時演講，它是演講者在沒有準備或沒有充分準備的情況下臨時發表的講話。論辯演講通常是辯論賽的形式。由于論辯演講耗費時間較長，我們課前通常采取的是前兩種形式。在命題演講上我們也突破了常規，不僅有老師命題的形式，也有學生自命題的形式。
在演講活動中，學生是活動的主體，老師起著組織與點評的作用。這幾種演講形式在語言實踐中可以交叉靈活運用，根據目的的不同而在使用上有所區別。在開始階段，學生的演講能力還較弱，可讓學生進行自由演講，即命題自定，題材自選。事實表明學生的選材很廣泛，涉及故事、謎語、笑話、習語、格言、逸聞趣事或者風俗習慣等。隨著自信心的增長，語言能力的提高，教師可以鼓勵學生做即興演講。即興演講是一種臨場發揮的演講形式，也是最能反映一個人思維敏捷程度和語言組織能力的口頭表達方式。
2.建議教學方法
建議采用由易到難，由機械地、有準備地發言到即興演講，以學生為中心、教師為輔佐的方法進行課堂活動。比如教師前7周每次花30分鐘簡單地講授演講、修辭技巧及實例，然后讓學生就某個問題進行自由發言，并提前給出下次要講的題目。下次_上課時.先讓學生自由登臺表演，并由其他學生對演講者內容組織的邏輯性、語法、修辭、思想內容以及演講的姿態作出評價最后評出1名最佳演講者以示表揚?；顒油瓿珊?，教師再講授新內容，布置新任務給學生。后8周教師繼續每次花30分鐘左右講授演講技巧并進行名篇實例賞析，然后當場給出與技巧相應的情景與題目。讓學生大聲口頭準備1刻鐘(亦可寫提綱)，再上臺演講或分組進行辯論。學生上臺后進行正式演講，并注意語言，情感，手勢，姿勢等，最后由教師和同學一起打分，給與評價。
四、英語演講課對英語學習的作用及要求
英語演講對學生的語言能力，文化修養，跨文化意識，及個人的綜合素質都有較高的要求。
1.出色的英語演講要以扎實的英語基本功為基礎。這對于英語是非母語的學習者來說是一個不小的挑戰。要想克服這個困難，我認為最直接，最有效的方法就是大量地、有計劃地閱讀英文原文和優秀的英文譯文。閱讀時應采用默讀與大聲朗讀相結合的方式以達到鍛煉口才的目的。大量的、有效的英語閱讀能夠幫助學習者培養用英語思維的習’質，這對提高英語的口頭及筆頭表達能力是至關重要的。
2.掌握英語公共演講的藝術也需要大量的語言以外的知識的積累。一個演講者要受人信服只憑一些英語演講的技巧和演講稿的寫作方法是遠遠不夠的，事實上，無論是用哪一種語言演講，成功的先決條件之一都應該是具有廣博的知識，這包括對東西方文化的深人了解。對于英語不是母語的人來說，熟悉西方文化是學習英語演講的重要環節，但成功的英語演講也離不開演講者對本民族文化的熱愛、了解和尊重。熟悉本民族的歷史文化能加大演講者的思維和想象空間，使其演講的內容更加豐富，演講的語言更具表現力。
3.要使演講這門藝術臻于完美，演講者必須處理好演講的內容與形式之間的關系，做到既不拘泥于形勢，也不華文濫詞。同時盡可能的發揮創造力和想象力，盡量表現出其強烈的求知欲、廣泛的興趣愛好、豐富的百科知識以及高度的社會責任感。
五、對于開設演講課的幾點建議
1選擇好的教科書，和參考資料。這些書和內容應該涉及語言訓練，文化訓練，演講技能訓練及個人綜合素質訓練。這樣才能給教師和學生一個好的學習助手和參考工具。
2.從有準備演講到即興演講分三步走。不急不躁，不貪多貪快，使學生從最基本的技巧內容著手，培養其好的學習習慣和演講風格。
3.選題從文體到內容都應由易到難，由學生熟悉的到陌生的，并富挑戰性，趣味性。除了極富爭議性的議論文以外，還可給學生一些說明文體與描寫文體的題目，讓他們充分發揮想象力。
