這一段,我必須承認他的確是個既誠實又聰明的人,他的眼神與動作描寫細致,就連一只美味的大梨扔進溝里都顯示出饑餓與傲慢,真的捉摸不透??!有時候,我為他的命運感到擔心。作者的用意是什么?
我想,這事上無其不有,再說不是用錢所能衡量的。錢也是萬萬不能的,它換不來一顆心意;買不了一個人的思想;更加奪不走友誼,一個人就是被金錢利益所迷惑了,到了最后還是一無所有。

Based on Mark Twain's novel, 'The Millionaire Pound Note' takes an interesting satirical look at the hypocrisy stemming from class distinction in the 50s England. England is a country where class and wealth are given extreme significance, especially among the rich. The film shows the hypocrisy that existed among these people, how the rich are quick to change face when in an instant they find out that you're a man of wealth and how within the next moment they revert back to their condescending selves when all wealth is lost. Interestingly, 'The Millionaire' also briefly looks at how the English perceived Americans in that era. Rich Americans were welcomed as outsiders and the poor were quickly shunned away. The fact that he's an outsider either makes him more appealing or the complete opposite. The story sticks to the main theme by emphasizing on the hypocrisy of the upper class society but at the same time it also creates a balance that prevents the movie from being a mockery of the British society. The movie drags at some point but the love story appears at the right time and there is plenty of comedy to keep one entertained. A charming Gregory Peck totally nails the part and the luminous Jane Griffiths is a treat. Reginald Beckwith, as Peck's sidekick Rock is amusing. The ending is a little predictable but the director does an overall good job by rounding it up and presenting his points.

一、什么是學案(Learning Plan)。
學案即導學方案(Guided Learning Plan),是全組英語老師集體備課的結晶。每一個單元,根據不同的課型和教學目的,由集體討論、研究,統一體例,編寫出一個較高水平的導學方案,于課前發給學生,學生根據該方案的要求自主學習,自主探究,發現問題,在課堂上相互討論,遇到難題時教師加以點撥,從而掌握英語的基礎知識,形成技能。學案向學生提出具體明確的學習目標,內容全面,重難點突出。在內容編排上與教學進程同步,使用時,實施“自主學習——發現問題——質疑討論——問題反饋——精講點撥——達標練習”等環節。此舉減輕了學生的課業負擔,使他們有更多的時間投入課堂思考問題、討論問題及記憶知識要點上,從而提高了學習效率。學案還是學生復習時不可多得的一份精典資料。
二、學案的編寫原則。
在學案的編寫過程中,我們必須遵循下列原則。
1.探索性原則。編寫學案的主要目的就是培養學生自主探究學習的能力。因此,學案的編寫要有利于學生進行探索學習,從而激活學生的思維,讓學生在問題的重新實現和解決過程中體驗到成功的喜悅。
2.啟發性原則。學案中設置的問題應富有啟發性,能充分調動學生的思維,讓學生通過自主學習,領悟知識的奧妙,培養思維的敏捷性和頓悟性。
3.靈活性原則。由于學生的基礎不同,在編寫時,形式上應豐富多彩,靈活多樣,內容上也應盡量調動學生思維的積極性。
4.梯度化原則。問題的設置盡可能考慮到學生的認識水平和理解能力,由淺人深,小臺階、低梯度,讓大多數學生“跳一跳”能夠摘到“桃子”,體驗到成功的喜悅,從而調動學生進一步探索的積極性。
5、創新性原則,編寫學案時,強調內容創新,以培養學生的創新思維能力。
三、學案的課型設計與要求。
每個單元根據教材內容分成不同的課型以達到培養和提高學生聽說讀寫能力的目的。教材大都以一個主題編寫成對話,課文閱讀、語法知識學習、聽
力練習及寫作訓練。我們把這些項目分成聽說課、閱讀課、語言課、寫作課、練習課及測試課,這樣有的放矢地讓學生全面掌握一個單元的內容。
聽說課:目的在于以下幾個方面:(一)通過對話材料為閱讀課提供背景素材。(二)通過對話材料訓練學生聽懂各種場合下英美人士的交談。(三)通過對話材料,訓練學生在與對話相同場合下怎么與英美人士交流?;谝陨夏康模覀冊诰帉憣W案時,要求學生自我與本課對話相同或相近的錄音材料,聽 懂后,用模仿的語音語調在課堂上表演,根據對話給山同樣的場景,讓學生進行交流。
閱讀課:重點放在提高閱讀能力的培養上。強調課文導入,抓任主題思想,記住重要細節,理解重點詞及難句,探討作者寫作意圖,推斷文句含義及把握人物心理活動等。在學案中,我們讓學生通過各種渠道搜集背景資料,對如何導入課文,如何把握主題思想,理解文章細節等都提出了一定的活動任務,要求 學生先自主學習,然后再在課堂上交流,對某些主題和觀點性問題要求學生寫出讀后感等小文章。
語言課:主要講解及操練本單元重點詞、句型的意義及用法,掌握專項語法,如非謂語動詞專項及定語從句專項等等,使學生有較強的語言基礎知識功底。
寫作課:根據每個單元閱讀材料的內容及寫作特點與風格,采取讀寫結合的微格技能訓練方式,提供寫作主題與,教授學生寫作技巧與方法。
練習課:該課型旨在指導學生解題技巧、提高應試能力,增強學生對本單元知識的理解和記憶,增加一些與本單元內容相同的閱讀材料,豐富學生的知識,提高學生的興趣。
測試課:重在檢查教學效果,對每位學生進行學習效果的評價,以便作好查漏補缺及培優工作。
另外,每個單元在各課型學案前,我們根據該單元的特點和目標,精心編寫了一個單元的總的學習方案,讓學生了解整個單元的知識概況。
四、本方案的特色及實施效果
我們認為學案式教學模式有以下特色:
1.由于學案在編寫過程中發揮了全組教師的團結協作的精神,教師之間取長補短,互相學習,能促進教師業務水平的提高。所以具人“互補性”的作
用。
2.由于學案強調學生在課前或課堂上自主學習,教師引導的作用,該方案具有探索“創新性”的特色。
3.該學案有助于學生把握教學脈博,節省時間(如少抄筆記),使學生有更多的思維時間和空間。該學案是學生上課時必備的任務手冊,是課后復習的
參考資料。因此,具有較強的使用價值。
以下是實踐該方案以來五次大考中各班學生的平均成績:

從以上成績可以看出各班的平均成績均大較好的水平上,普通班與普通班、實驗班與實驗班學生的成績都非常接近。在全國性的各類英語知識能力競
賽中取得較好的成績。以下是獲獎情況:
1、二 000年十二月份,由中央教科所外語教育研究中心、中國英語教學研究會素質教育研究中心聯合主辦的全國中學生英語知識能力競賽中,我級
共18人獲獎。其中一等獎6人,二等獎6人,三等獎6人。
2、二00一年四月,由中國英語教學研究會素質教育研究中心組辦的全國中學生“思中杯”英語原著翻譯大賽中,我級共24人獲獎,其中一等獎6人,
二等獎9人,三等獎9人。
3.在最近舉行的全國中學生英語知識能力競賽中,共14人獲獎。其中一等獎1人,二等獎3人,三等獎10人。
