一、要提高小學生的寫作能力，就必須和課本聯系在一起

興趣是最好的老師，在教學過程中，要激發學生的寫作興趣，教師就要根據小學生好動、好玩的天性，教給學生觀察的方法，給學生留出自主的空間，在他們喜聞樂見的游戲或活動中動口動腦，提高學生參與的積極性，使寫作訓練達到最佳的效果孩子們從幼兒園進入小學，就意味著他們結束了以游戲為主的學習生活，開始了正規系統地學習。我一直都在尋找輕松愉快的學習方法和氛圍，為了開好寫作教學的頭，有效的培養學生的興趣，我選擇了游戲。比如：
（一）抽字連句游戲：大家坐在操場的草坪上，任意找幾個小朋友從紙盒里抽出生字卡片，并用清晰洪亮的聲音將他們讀出來。然后請同學用上所抽的字說句子，其余同學仔細聽，如果能用上所有生字，不但能得到大家的掌聲，而且還有機會當句字組長、班長、大隊長。沒有全用上生字的同學，可以在別人的幫助下，提升自己的級別。這樣的游戲，可以鍛煉學生用字組句的能力，也可以培養學生和他人合作的能力。

作文的批發和講評更是對提高學生的寫作能力起決定性的作用。每次進行作文練習，我都注重對學生進行具體細致的作文指導，盡量做到面批。對學生作文的批改、講評，我不是采取傳統式的教師承包批改、講評的做法，而是鼓勵學生積極參與到作文的批改、講評之中。具體做法是：通過共同討論，先在黑板上列出批改作文的標準與等級，然后讓學生自己批改。學生自己批改、講評作文的形式可以多種多樣，如師生共議共改、小組合作評改、同桌互評互改、個人自改自評等。讓學生及時發現自己作文中的優點缺點，學習他人作文中的優點，從而達到互相學習、共同提高的目的。學生改好作文后，再抄寫到作文本上。學生作文交上來后，我再對每個學生的作文進行進一步地批改。在寫評語時，我盡可能用上一些激勵性的言辭，把學生作文中的閃光點挖掘出來。如別致的題目、好的開頭和結尾，一個精彩的詞句等，都給予贊揚，讓學生體驗到成功的喜悅，增強寫好作文的信心。對于作文中存在的問題，如錯別字、用詞不當、句子不完整等等，用上規范的修改符號給學生標出來，再讓學生自己修改一遍。批改后，推薦出本班的優秀范文，及時講評。講評分為簡評和詳評兩種。簡評時，針對部分學生作文中的閃光點，給予表揚鼓勵，善意而真切地指出作文中的不足之處。詳評時，把班里的優秀作品拿出來供學生討論，讓學生分析文章好在哪里，存在哪些問題，還有什么建議等。達到以點帶面，取長補短，共同提高的目的。
