一、要提高小學生的寫作能力,就必須和課本聯系在一起
語文課本是學生主要學習內容,要提高學生的寫作能力,就要緊扣課本,利用課文中的要求造句的詞口頭造句,當學生的識字量到達一定的時候,就要求學生每日一句寫在本子上,老師一周改一次。由于每日一句的量小,學生能很輕松的完成任務,因此對培養學生的寫作興趣是個不錯的鋪墊,而且在不知不覺增加了語文知識的積累,邁開了語文實踐的第一步。心理學家研究表明,如果屢次失敗,就會出現害怕心理,產生厭煩情緒,喪失信心,長期下去,學生還會出現逃避,甚至反抗行為。成功的教育告訴我們:“成功是成功之母”,那么,我們就滿足學生的成功需求,從最初增強習作自信,逐步形成自我增值的再生能力。其次,有意識地打亂課文中的詞語、句子,讓學生整理成句子。偶爾摘錄一些詩歌中的句子,進行訓練。目的在于引導學生言之有序,表達有條理,同時加強邏輯思維的訓練。充分利用好口語交際課,提高說的能力來帶動寫的能力發展。首先要抓好學生聽的能力的訓練,平時要訓練學生認真聽別人講活,注意力集中,聽清講話者的主要意思,適時提出不懂的問題。才能為將來引導學生將口頭表達轉化成書面表達奠定基礎。結合口語交際進行寫話訓練,如學完《春雨的色彩》,春雨,像春姑娘紡出的線,輕輕地落到地上,沙沙沙,沙沙沙……”。嘗試按這樣寫《冬雪的色彩》。這樣經過不斷的仿寫,必定能提高學生的寫作能力。采用這樣的訓練,一方面想及時運用和鞏固所學的字詞;另一方面又想強化學生記敘意識,為以后的作好原始積累。重視以讀為本,讀中感悟。教師要放開自己,放開學生,讓學生自主探究,去體會文本的意境美、語言美、音韻美和形象美,建立一定的語感,預防以后寫作中的記流水賬。
二、要提高小學生的寫作能力,就必須恰當利用游戲提高學生興趣,進而提高學生的寫作能力
興趣是最好的老師,在教學過程中,要激發學生的寫作興趣,教師就要根據小學生好動、好玩的天性,教給學生觀察的方法,給學生留出自主的空間,在他們喜聞樂見的游戲或活動中動口動腦,提高學生參與的積極性,使寫作訓練達到最佳的效果孩子們從幼兒園進入小學,就意味著他們結束了以游戲為主的學習生活,開始了正規系統地學習。我一直都在尋找輕松愉快的學習方法和氛圍,為了開好寫作教學的頭,有效的培養學生的興趣,我選擇了游戲。比如:
(一)抽字連句游戲:大家坐在操場的草坪上,任意找幾個小朋友從紙盒里抽出生字卡片,并用清晰洪亮的聲音將他們讀出來。然后請同學用上所抽的字說句子,其余同學仔細聽,如果能用上所有生字,不但能得到大家的掌聲,而且還有機會當句字組長、班長、大隊長。沒有全用上生字的同學,可以在別人的幫助下,提升自己的級別。這樣的游戲,可以鍛煉學生用字組句的能力,也可以培養學生和他人合作的能力。
(二)尋寶游戲:將最近學到的最得意的句子(以課外學到的為主),寫在紙上,并署上名,藏在規定范圍內的土里,同學們分頭尋找,看誰找的寶多,并且能響亮的讀出來,能背出就更好了。采用游戲的目的在于,提高學生課外閱讀的積極性,為以后作文的妙語連珠做好必要準備。
三、要提高小學生的寫作能力,就必須加強作文指導,做好批改
作文的批發和講評更是對提高學生的寫作能力起決定性的作用。每次進行作文練習,我都注重對學生進行具體細致的作文指導,盡量做到面批。對學生作文的批改、講評,我不是采取傳統式的教師承包批改、講評的做法,而是鼓勵學生積極參與到作文的批改、講評之中。具體做法是:通過共同討論,先在黑板上列出批改作文的標準與等級,然后讓學生自己批改。學生自己批改、講評作文的形式可以多種多樣,如師生共議共改、小組合作評改、同桌互評互改、個人自改自評等。讓學生及時發現自己作文中的優點缺點,學習他人作文中的優點,從而達到互相學習、共同提高的目的。學生改好作文后,再抄寫到作文本上。學生作文交上來后,我再對每個學生的作文進行進一步地批改。在寫評語時,我盡可能用上一些激勵性的言辭,把學生作文中的閃光點挖掘出來。如別致的題目、好的開頭和結尾,一個精彩的詞句等,都給予贊揚,讓學生體驗到成功的喜悅,增強寫好作文的信心。對于作文中存在的問題,如錯別字、用詞不當、句子不完整等等,用上規范的修改符號給學生標出來,再讓學生自己修改一遍。批改后,推薦出本班的優秀范文,及時講評。講評分為簡評和詳評兩種。簡評時,針對部分學生作文中的閃光點,給予表揚鼓勵,善意而真切地指出作文中的不足之處。詳評時,把班里的優秀作品拿出來供學生討論,讓學生分析文章好在哪里,存在哪些問題,還有什么建議等。達到以點帶面,取長補短,共同提高的目的。

有所突破。寫作歸根到底是一項極具想象意味的活動,很多學生之所以會提筆無字、腹內空空,多是由于平日的素材積累不夠,還有一個原因就在于缺乏足夠的想象力。鑒于此,筆者會時常在課堂上為學生布置各種編故事的小任務,如讓學生以微作文的形式完成一個小故事;字以內的小故事等。故事是否符合邏輯、完成度如何暫時并不是最重要的,筆者主要想通過這樣的練習,達成幫助學生培養和發揮想象力的目的。而通過這樣豐富多樣的微寫作形式,也可以讓學生接觸到不同的寫作文體,保持學生寫作的新鮮感,讓學生產生蓬勃的寫作欲望。
3.微寫作教學實施途徑多樣化
