俗話說“吃飯穿衣亮家當”，吃和穿是人生存的前提條件之一，是一個家庭貧富的顯著標志。我的老家，有幾口箱子，里面裝滿了衣服，有的已經破爛，有的被老鼠咬成了幾塊，其實那些衣服早已經沒有人穿，可是母親還是舍不得把它門扔掉。
記得有一件“的卡”，那是七八年歲末，姐姐上初中，母親從街上把布買回來，請來裁縫，為她縫制了這件新衣，當時，我和哥哥眼里都冒著綠光，一種不滿藏在心里，但沒敢說出來。母親看出了我們兄弟的心思，便這樣安慰，“這件新衣，你們兄妹輪流著穿！”，當時哥哥和我就高興得跳了起來，哥哥更是背著背篼上了山，要是平時，母親喊他兩三遍都不會動身。當然，所謂的輪流，其實是姐姐穿不得了，哥哥再穿，輪到我時，那“新褲”后面已經有了一塊嶄新的補丁，可謂“新”上加新，穿了兩個月，我在學校和同學用膝蓋“斗雞”，一筋斗栽在地下，結果，褲襠開了叉，回到家里被母親氣憤得打了幾下。第二天，我的褲襠便是全新的了，當然，那是母親忙一晚上的成果。
那時，我們穿的是藍布，父母也不例外，一年也沒縫上一套衣服，等我讀到初中，那時家里的環境雖然有些好轉，但要拿些錢出來，依然困難?？赡赣H還是為我買了件新衣，這次是夏天穿的“的確晾”，白色的布面，絲有些細，如果有風吹來，背上還能隱隱感到涼爽，每到星期六，我都從學校把它帶回家，母親把它洗了，星期天我又穿到學校。等到天氣變冷，母親怕我在鎮上挨凍，一個星期六，特地到學校等我放學，然后為我在一家服裝店里買了一件中山服，袖子長長的，又寬又大，質地很厚。母親說：“大點好！明年后年都還可以穿?！?，的確，那件藍色中山裝，我一直穿到初中畢業都還未爛。

從“欠人情”看高端客戶的營銷
有句話說得好“動什么別動感情，欠什么別欠人情”。近日，筆者端坐家中，安安靜靜地正在收看電視劇---《動什么別動感情》，既沒有勞誰的大駕，也沒有讓誰破費，卻莫名其妙而又實實在在地覺得欠下他人一筆人情。
還是在女兒上小學的時候，有一次去德克士，不經意間讓服務生記下了女兒的出生日期。從此以后，五年過去了，而且女兒已上初中，每年在她過生日的前夜，德克士總是打來問候電話，征詢是否需要預定生日PARRY，從無遺漏。我清楚地知道，這不過是商家的促銷手段，常以“我們已經在別處預訂了”為托詞婉拒，而服務小姐總是熱情不減地說：“哦，沒關系，我們祝她生日快樂！”當這個不屈不撓的電話第五次打來時，面對服務小姐遭遇多次推脫而依舊如初的熱情，我終于被其執著和誠懇打動，感到有些過意不去了，覺得欠了人家的人情，因而心中惴惴不安起來，結果，趕緊去得克士瀟灑了一回。
其實這就是營銷的效果！營銷的結果是賣出產品，營銷的過程卻是不斷地播撒人情。當你與客戶之間情感的鋪墊足夠厚時，自古受著“受人滴水之恩當以涌泉相報”訓誡的多數人就會想方設法來回報你，中國人素有以不欠人情而求得心安的傳統，當然，會也為你帶來豐厚的回報。
勿需諱言，目前，我們的一些企業業務營銷方面，從根本上還沒有走出“望天收”的狀態，對激烈市場競爭環境下的產品營銷還“找不著北”。面對企業業務營銷所顯現的一些問題，有些企業總是喜歡以競爭激烈、費用緊張、實力不足等等來開脫和自我安慰。而不肯踏踏實實地從收集客戶資料，建立客戶檔案，了解客戶需求以至于在特別的日期，給客戶打去一個電話，多幾聲問候，常給客戶提供一些經濟信息等“小事”上做起，鍥而不舍，永不放棄。我們的管理者在產品開發和人力資源配置時，對企業優質客戶需求的關注也還遠遠不夠。我們許多的企業優質客戶被淹沒在眾多的大眾客戶之中，這些企業優質客戶雖然對公司貢獻多多，但卻只能享受無差別的標準化服務，甚至一單業務做后，就很快把人家給遺忘了（當然，人家再有業務時也會把你遺忘）。不知不覺之間，企業不斷地“欠下”了優質客戶的人情，使他們無奈又無聲地離去。
