文學作品中人名命名的另一種方式就是運用經典故事，作者在作品創作過程中主要利用眾所周知的名人典籍對作品中的人物進行命名，無論是引用那個時代或者是那個領域的文化典故，以含而不露的方式來寫故事人物，主要目的是引起讀者的想象。在英語文學作品中，作者主要根據人物的性格及特征為作品中的人物命名。英語文學語境的源泉在于古希臘神話和《圣經》，例如文學作品《悲劇的誕生》中尼采曾寫道：“沒有神話，一切文化都會失去其健康的天然創造力。”歐洲文藝復興運動的興起重新將古羅馬文化挖掘出來，為后來眾多的寫作家提供了寫作的題材。例如英國作家羅琳的小說《哈利波特》中就有許多的人名都是源于古希臘神話故事，例如小說中的人物德拉科Draco和納西莎Narcissa都是源于希臘神話傳說，由于西方神話中對于龍和蛇沒有明顯的區分，作者通過Draco的命名來暗示他是十足的蛇，而Narcissa主要源于希臘神話中的Narcissus，Narcissus在希臘神話中是一個因為愛上自身倒影終日坐在水邊最終化作水仙花的少年，通過這樣的命名諷刺Narcissa的自傲和清高。此外，英國作家愛略特作品中的主人公Silas Juene善良并且虔誠信教，但是屢次遭受不同人的陷害，而主人公名字中的Silas源于《圣經》，在圣經中，Silas是一個著名的信徒，不幸的是他外出傳教過程中遭受囚禁。這與Silas Juene有著相似的命運。此外，早期的一些文學作品中的人物名稱也為后來文學作品人物的命名做了鋪墊。
三、運用特殊意義的詞匯為人物命名
英語文學作品中的一些作者會借助現代的詞匯表達的字面意思為人物命名，通過這種方式來表達人物的性格特征和思想命運等。作者通常采用名詞或者是形容詞的方式為作品中的人物命名，例如作品《天路歷程》中，英國作家約翰?班揚在創作時候將作品中的正面人物命名為Christian（基督徒）、Mr.Evangelist（福音先生）、Mercy（仁慈）、Talkative（健淡）等，將作品中的反面人物主要用Mr.Nogood（無賴先生）、恨善法官、殘忍先生等詞匯表示，通過這些詞匯能夠明確的表達人物的特征及其性格。例如莎士比亞的作品《哈姆雷特》中的主人公Hamlet在為父報仇的問題上猶豫不決，搖擺不定，現代仍有作品中利用哈姆雷特來命名向讀者傳達做事優柔寡斷的人物性格。這種字面表達的方式主要采用現實社會中的字面含義為作品人物命名能夠讓讀者在閱讀作品過程中清楚的了解人物的特點，通過自己預測的方式估摸作者寫作的意圖，并且通過對整個作品的閱讀來驗證自己預測的準確性，為了解人物而理解整個作品。

講壇文化在我國有著較悠久的歷史淵源，為了更好地適應未來經濟和社會需要的良好發展前景，繼續為地方經濟建設提供可持續發展的高質量應用型人才支撐，應用“光照講壇”保障光照專業“卓越計劃”的順利實施，對加強創新教育的研究與實踐，更好定位教育方向，具有很深遠的意義。
一、“光照講壇”在光源與照明專業的需求分析
光源與照明專業“卓越計劃”以本科型工程師為培養目標，以“大工程”為視角，構筑現代工程師的知識結構，進行工程師知識系統設計和整體規劃，培養造就創新能力強、適應中國經濟社會發展需要的照明工程卓越工程師。要求學生能夠利用本專業的自然科學基礎和技術基礎理論知識，進行光源燈具產品及照明設計與檢測分析，同時參與相應的產品研發及照明設計過程，具備相應專業執業資質的基本條件，并具備工程研究和技術開發的基本素質。完成這一目標的最為迫切的需求是明確卓越工程師的基本要求。然而光源與照明專業具有專業基礎知識范圍寬、跨界應用廣泛、藝術需求度高等特點，卓越工程師建設絕非紙上淺談，必須具備一條能貫穿始終的主線。通過良好的總體設計，光照講壇恰好具備完成這一職能的可能。光照講壇在學科建設中的作用如圖1所示。面向卓越計劃“光照講壇”主要關注和策劃以下幾個基本問題：（1）光照領域的應用范圍與技術熱點；（2）如何處理跨界學科的融合問題；（3）技術與藝術有效結合問題；（4）光照專業“卓越工程師”計劃的知識體系溯源與拓展問題。這些問題無疑都是卓越計劃面臨的巨大問題，可見“光照講壇”有效地銜接了卓越計劃及專業教學計劃，更準確地說，“光照講壇”是卓越計劃的有力支撐，她可以引領卓越計劃的前進方向。
二、“光照講壇”的體系構建
面向“卓越計劃”，光源與照明專業“光照講壇”系列講座的體系主要由企業需求、工程定位、學術研究和藝術表現四個部分組成，著眼于從這四個方面全方位塑造定位專業需求，具體總體實施方案如圖2所示。
三、“光照講壇”在光源與照明專業中的推行效果
根據“光照講壇”在專業中的需求，針對2012、2013、2014級光源與照明專業本科生，按照上述體系系統的開設光照講壇，具體的次數和學生受惠層面如圖3所示。
從圖3中可以看出，面向本科學生共計開設了5次講壇，隨著專業學生人數的增加，受益面逐漸擴大。第一期，主題為照明設計師及夜景照明設計要素，針對2012級、2013級學生，通過設置多個實際夜景照明的案例，向學生展示了夜景照明的設計要素，促進學生對照明設計的理解。第二期，主題為產品的源頭――燈具設計的應用驅動，針對2012級、2013級學生，對燈具設計的歷史及需求做了分析，向學生講述了燈具的設計的應用驅動條件，促進了學生對燈具設計的理解。第三期，主題為一個理工男的設計師之路，針對2012級、2013級、2014級學生，通過講解自己的照明設計師成才之路，引入了照明設計的各方面因素，提升了學生對照明設計的信心和興趣。第四期，主題為基于人居光環境的燈具設計與創新思維，針對2012級、2013級、2014級學生，通過對光環境的分析，給出了燈具設計的要素及創新思維形式，引導學生進行燈具設計。第五期，主題為第32屆IALD光輝獎“龍舞蝶影中國紅”燈具照明技術解析，針對2012級、2013級、2014級、2015級學生，通過對“武漢萬達漢秀劇場夜景照明項目”燈具技術的解析，向學生深刻剖析了成為一個照明人的關鍵所在，引導學生明確工程項目成功的關鍵因素，促進學生理解技術與藝術結合的深刻內涵。
四、結論
光照講壇是光源與照明專業傳統課堂教學的補充形式，是針對卓越計劃的補充課堂，是專業與外界溝通交流的平臺。光照講壇的主講者都是不同領域頗有建樹的專家，他們在講座的過程中涉及了領域的前沿性內容，從而開闊了學生的視野，激發了學生學習的積極性、主動性，豐富和完善了學生的知識體系，使學生切身感受名家、名師、名人的人格魅力，進而學習他們嚴謹的治學態度和對科學的執著追求精神，豐富學生的人生體驗和感悟，提升學生的思想境界。從實際的開辦情況來看，光照講壇有效地起到了幫助學生進行知識融合的作用，更緊密地聯系了光源與照明專業與企業及社會的雙向關系，提升了光源與照明專業的辦學特色，在實用、科學、有趣等特色中，使學生們受益匪淺。
