Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.
We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products arestill put into rivers.
We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there won‘t be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems?
If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept.
Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.
The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control.

我是六（2）班的一名學生，在這鳥語花香的校園里學習近五年了。校園是我們的第二個家，美麗可愛：走進校園大門，首先映入眼簾的是操場；隨后就是主席臺前香味撲鼻的小花壇，常常有五彩斑斕的蝴蝶翩翩起舞，異常美麗；傳出朗朗讀書聲的教學樓里同學們都在勤勉的學習……如此美麗的校園里，卻有些“美中不足”……
校園里的的“溫馨提示”被涂畫得亂七八糟，甚至有些不文明用語；一些“折腰”的小花小草在風中搖擺，仿佛在訴說自己被踩踏的悲痛；教室里空無一人，電扇電燈卻全睜著大眼睛；洗手間里的水龍頭淚流滿面，卻沒有一人幫它擦干淚水。
為什么校園里會出現這樣違和的事情呢？原因就在于同學們對這些“雞毛蒜皮的小事”毫不在乎，環保意識太差，只顧自己的開心，方便，卻不在意別人的感受，為了讓校園更加美麗，完美，我由衷的提出以下幾點建議：
1、組織“環保小分隊”。利用課間時間檢查是否有同學破壞環境，浪費資源，并作出合理批評。
2、學校應多展開關于環保的活動，讓同學們意識到環保的重要性，讓用同學學們增強環保意識。
3、利用廣播宣傳，讓同學們懂的環保，保護環境迫在眉睫。
4、愛護公物，在桌椅、提示牌上亂涂亂畫，如有發現，該班取消文明班評比資格。
