二、學生學情分析：
本年我接的五年級四個班都是我教過的班級，基礎較好，根據孩子們上學期的期末考試成績分析，本學期我計劃繼續加強學生的聽說讀的能力，讓孩子們在快樂中學習，掌握英語知識。本校五年級的學生已學過兩年的英語，學生已有一定的基礎，良好的聽、說、讀、寫英語的習慣已基本養成。但由于教材內容較以前增加，難度加大，因此學生的學習興趣較以前難以保持，容易出現兩極分。因此，本學期應注重轉化后進生，因材施教，分層教學，兼顧各梯度的學生，保持學生的學習興趣。雖然五年級學生已經升入高年級，但是他們依然保持著兒童的特性。他們活潑好動，對新事物有著強烈的好奇心，探索知識的欲望很強烈，并且有著很強的表現欲。所以老師還是應一如既往地采用新穎活潑有趣的教學形式進行教學，保持并提高學生學習英語的興趣。
三、教材分析：
本教材難易度合理，過渡平和，不過過去式是孩子們難以掌握的一個難點，也是本學期的重點。我主要采用的是全身反應教學法，讓學生在不同的學習活動中感知并運用英語，使得學生在做中學，在唱中學，在玩中學。本冊教材內容在前面兩年的基礎上，繼續選擇緊密聯系學生的生活和學習實際，選擇了切合學生需求的話題，十個單元涉及的英語話題及編排的一些與學生日常生活密切相關，與教學內容和教學進度同步的西方文化知識，教材的教學形式豐富多樣，其中包括對話、歌謠、歌曲、任務等，使學生能夠在豐富多彩、生動有趣的課堂氛圍中學習語言運用語言。在學生能力培養方面，課程設置的活動循序漸進培養了學生自主學習和對立運用語言的能力。由此也發掘了學生積極求知、努力進取的潛能。
四、教學目標：
1、激發學生學習英語的興趣
2、能聽懂、會說文中會話，并能進行簡單的交流
3、能聽、說、認讀、單詞并進行簡單地運用。
4、培養兩人對話以及小組對話合作的能力

七、培優輔差措施：
（一）培優措施
學優生的智力較好，更重要的是學習習慣好，學習積極主動。因此在教學過程中，對這部分學生在提出與其他學生相同的基本性要求的基礎上，適當提高要求，增加難度。具體措施如下：
1、學生"優差"搭配，合作達標。在對子活動和小組活動中，將優生和差生作適當搭配，以利于練習活動的順利開展，同時也能充分發揮優生對差生的輔導作用，彌補大班授課的不足。
2、鼓勵優生訂閱英語報刊雜志，吸收更多的課外英語知識和西方文化常識，拓展自己的知識面。
3、鼓勵優生參加各種英語競賽活動，提高其英語的運用能力。
（二）輔差措施
通常而言后進生的思維緩慢，理解、應用等能力較差，上課好動、注意力不易集中、不求甚解，解決困難問題意志薄弱，他們并不是“朽木不可雕”的差生。他們的差主要是行為、習慣、態度等方面的缺陷。根據后進生的形成原因我制定了如下措施：
1、主動發掘他們身上的優點，并加以發揚，盡量少批評，多表揚、鼓勵和幫助，讓他們感受到上課時教師非常重視和理解他們。
2、在教學時由淺到深、由易及難，逐步深入，并注意方法及評價，不傷害后進生。設計適合他們梯度的知識和問題，讓后進生能在學習中有成功的體驗，從而激發學生學習的積極性和主動性，增強學習的自信心。
3、在課余時間進行有針對性的輔導，并與家長積極進行溝通，取得家長的配合。在課堂上，給與他們更多的關注，爭取在本學期取得進步
