【關鍵詞】秘書專業;畢業論文;真題;實踐;篇幅
秘書專業是一個職業性很強的專業，因其適應范圍廣、培養成本較低，在很多普通高校和各類高職院校均有開設。作為?？茖哟蔚拿貢鴮I學生在畢業前要完成畢業論文的寫作，近年來由于擴招和就業壓力所致，不同層次不同專業學生的畢業論文質量均有下降，秘書專業也不例外。相比其他專業，秘書專業畢業論文還存在選題范圍較窄、理論性不強等問題。在當前對本科專業是否需要撰寫畢業論文尚有爭議的情況下，對?？茖哟蔚拿貢鴮I是否有必要進行畢業論文的寫作在認識上和實際操作中更是存在分歧。有些學校完全取消這一環節，從規范教學管理、提高辦學層次的目的出發，一些保留了專科層次畢業論文寫作環節的學校，在畢業論文寫作和答辯中也存在走過場的現象。由于秘書專業本身尚不成熟，學生在寫作畢業論文時理論儲備不足，論文雷同甚至抄襲的現象較多，秘書專業的畢業論文寫作環節成為秘書專業培養過程中需要突破的瓶頸。
筆者認為，作為對所學知識和理論進行梳理、整合，將在校期間所學綜合運用的一次實踐性練兵，畢業論文撰寫環節是必不可少的，且針對秘書這一對學生的寫作素質和能力均有較高要求的專業，畢業論文寫作更是其學業訓練、職業能力培養的一個重要組成部分。筆者所在學校已有二十余年的開設秘書專業的歷史，對畢業論文的環節要求嚴格，近幾年在畢業論文的指導中越來越突出的感覺到秘書專業畢業論文的指導需改進，尤其在三個方面要嚴格把關。
一、選題宜真
按論題的性質不同進行分類，畢業論文的論題可分為：真題真做，真題假作和假題真做三種類型。真題真做是指以來自實踐第一線的尚待解決的實際問題作為畢業論文的選題，運用所學理論真刀實槍的演練，力求找到解決實際問題的方法。真題假作是指論文選題來源于實際，但做論文時可只在理論上加以解決，或者來源于實踐的論題已部分得到解決，學生運用所學理論和知識模擬解決實際問題，或可得出一個全新的結論。假題真做是指虛擬的題目，學生要對這一虛擬問題進行實際的演練，運用所學理論進行分析、論證，以求找到解決方法和途徑。
以上三種類型的論題，目的都是通過畢業論文的寫作使學生對所學理論和知識進行復習、梳理、整合，并運用所學理論和知識，對所學專業有針對性地進行科學研究，通過這個過程,能使學生初步掌握分析和解決某一學術問題的能力和方法。使學生的在校學習得到一個提升。對學生進行查閱資料、調查研究、分析綜合、語言表述等能力是一次全面訓練。
筆者認為以上三種類型中的前兩類論題可作為秘書專業的畢業論文選題，作為實踐性較強的一個新興專業，應以真題作為首選，不宜選擇模擬題目。
秘書專業畢業論文題目的“真”應包括與學生實踐環節的緊密結合的論題和純理論性研究的論題，
純理論性的題目又可籠統分為歷史性論題和現實性論題。歷史性論題需在查閱大量資料的基礎上分類研究，并分析論證對現實的意義和影響，這對專科學生來說難度較大。如某時期的秘書制度的研究、古代秘書的某方面素質能力的研究等。現實性論題中理論性強的論題，對于?？泼貢鴮I學生也難以把握。因為不同行業、不同領域對秘書各方面素質和能力的要求差異很大，只有短暫實習經歷的學生對理論性較強、適用范圍較廣的論題把握起來難度較大。為完成畢業論文的寫作，難免會出現或大量復制抄襲、或以敘述事例代替論述的現象，以掩飾和彌補理論不足的弱點，從而導致論文的質量難如人意。如歷屆學生在畢業論文選題時愛選“秘書的素質”等在教科書中被論述的較全面的論題。這樣的選題省事、好寫，不出彩也不易出錯，答辯時易通過。寫作時有大量的參考資料可供直接使用，寫出來的內容放之四海而皆準，但沒有任何實際價值。
在真題中作為?？茖哟蔚漠厴I生應首先考慮實際工作中遇到的問題，這樣做，就可以將學生的實習、社會實踐及就業等環節銜接、聯系起來，使教學中的實踐環節真正扎實有效，同時也使學生的畢業論文有實際和實踐的意義。選題時應突出研究和適用范圍，要求在對論題進行深入調查研究的基礎上完成，。
二、角度宜實：筆者所在學校近年來對秘書專業畢業論文的選題進行較嚴格的把關，力圖使論題有針對性和現實意義，也就是做到選題真。但學生在寫作中常老調重奏、老生常談，毫無新意且簡單重復已有的觀點、結論。如論秘書信息工作的有效性、秘書寫作能力的研究、論秘書角色意識的培養、論秘書的擋駕藝術、秘書腐敗等論題都已有較多論述，如何使論文在已有的研究基礎上能進一步深入、拓展，就有角度選擇的問題。
在指導學生進行畢業論文的寫作中，對其所得出的結論的論證過程嚴格把關，做到真題真做。緊密聯系學生的實習和社會實踐，要求、鼓勵學生在實際工作中探尋問題，將所學的具有普遍性的理論與秘書的實際工作相結合，使秘書工作某一方面的突出問題得到較有針對性的分析、研究并尋找解決的方法和途徑。如：不同行業、不同社會組織中的秘書所處的環境千差萬別，在秘書工作的辦文、辦事、辦會和輔助領導決策等四個環節中，工作內容和側重點也不盡相同，學生不可能對所有社會組織中的秘書工作都有所了解，但經過實習和社會實踐，可以有針對性的進行研究。對同一類、同一層次、同一行業的社會組織中的秘書工作進行調查、分析、研究。然后通過指導教師的引發，使之對論題的認識有所提高，并找到清晰的分析方法，獲得一種學術的眼光。在此過程中，使學生初步認識和掌握從事學術研究的基本途徑和規則，接觸和了解學術前沿狀況。同樣是秘書的辦文，在小型私企中會有其特殊性，鼓勵、要求、指導學生發現其特殊性，從而對秘書辦文的選題就可從一個新突破口入手
要做到真和實，需在實習前就布置學生發現問題進行思考研究，并做一系列的調查，從而為畢業論文的寫作打下基礎。
三、篇幅適中：目前對專科學生畢業論文的字數各學校要求不同。筆者從多年指導秘書專業的畢業論文的經驗中體會到，無論是從文風的角度還是從嚴把論文質量關的角度考慮，秘書專業畢業論文不宜過長。我校為杜絕學生抄襲論文，最初規定字數達到一萬，但其結果是空話連篇，在寫法上加入很多實例進行詳細敘述。成為一個理論（或公認的結論）后面跟一個甚至多個例子的敘述。因論文水分過大，影響了論文質量，也對秘書專業學生的文風是一個不好的引領。近兩年來，對篇幅要求進行了修改，改為八千字，師生普遍感到仍嫌過長，對于?？茖哟蔚拿貢鴮I學生來說，論文的理論性不可能很強，選題一般較具體，將一個問題觀點清晰、論據充分的論證完整，以五千字左右為宜。既可避免抄襲、說空話或背離論文基本寫法，又可得到初步的學術研究的訓練，這也就達到?？粕厴I論文環節要達到的目的了。

一、把握思想動態、抓準插入點、爭做學生的領頭羊；
初三（5）自分班之日起，總人數為33人，由于剛接手，因此我并沒有事事急于求成，在班級中沒有過多的去評價學生過去的歷史，因為沒有調查就沒有發言權。在本學期的第一個班會課上，我僅僅是從“先學會做人后談學習”及“增強自信”兩個方面跟學生進行了交流。因為班會是我們進行德育教育的主要陣地。平時利用班會課開展一些有教育意義的主題班會，組織學生觀看一些有教育意義的影片，對學生進行正確的思想引導，理想教育和愛國教育等。因此，在本次班會課上我發現了33雙眼睛充滿著渴望、希望及期待。面對他們年少天真的臉龐，我心中暗自傷心，因為在前面的日子當中，調皮、懶惰等等一個個讓人難以接受的名詞就跟大衣一樣披在學生的身上。為了讓他們快點脫掉這可惡的外套，我把精力側重于鼓勵，希望他們生活充滿激情、陽光、快樂、精彩……。
個性人人都有，如果一個老師沒有具備先學生之憂而憂的精神是無法擔任班主任的。面對33名學生，開學兩個多月我并沒有要求他們的成績顯著提高，只是要求不要違規的條件下去適應新的生活。兩個月很快過去了，在這兩個月當中，我的工作重心在了解學生，所以我早已經慢慢的去了解全班學生的基本情況。從教室到操場；從操場到住處；從住處到飯堂。對于33位學生，我分類管理，例如第一類“個性極張揚”的同學有：陳君君、吳榮進、黎孫豪、邢益豪、曾令威、蔡秀珍等等；第二類是“性格內向”第三是處于中間部分的。這樣分類完之后對自己的管理起到了很方便的作用，因為我可以對癥下壓了。
二、關注班級文化建設、創造和諧學習氛圍
健全班級文化，利用學習園地、班級一角、黑板報進行德育宣傳教育。加強學生的理想教育，鼓勵學生努力學習，實現理想。為了加強班級凝聚力，我還帶領他們經常開展有意義的班隊活動，在活動中拉近彼此的距離，形成團結向上的良好班風。我也利用課余時間和學生們一起布置美化班級，出好每一期班刊，給學生一片更加美麗而又適合展示自己的舞臺，營造一個溫馨而又充滿朝氣的學習環境。
三、協助學生確立自己的奮斗目標
班內統一奮斗目標，努力爭奪13屆中考的輝煌，鼓勵學生確定自己的目標。
四、經常找班里的基礎較差的學生談心，穩定他們的情緒，及時幫助他們發現身上的優缺點，肯定進步的同時指出缺點，督促其改正某些不良習氣，促使他們加強自我管理和糾正，不斷進步。
五、加強優良學風的形成
1、要求學生養成課前做好準備工作，上課要求學生認真聽講，認真獨立完成作業。讓學生在書上學習記一些簡單的筆記，提高課堂的學習效率。課后能及時與任課教師聯系，了解學生各學科的學習情況，針對個體制定措施，幫助其把學習成績搞上去。
2、要求學生重視每一次大小考試。做到考前認真準備，考后認真總結，不斷取得進步。在復習階段，積極配合各任課教師輔導學生開展復習工作，培養學生良好的學習態度和習慣。
3、班級樹立學習的榜樣，讓學生們向班里學習成績優秀的同學學習，每人為自己找一個對手，樹立近期目標和長期目標，增強競爭意識。經常進行學習評比，做好獎勵工作。
七、加強家校聯系
1、采用多種途徑與家長保持密切的聯系，經常和家長交流學生的在校情況和在家里的表現，讓家長們起到協助、配合與監督的作用，使家庭教育參與到學校教育中來。
