實習內容：
一轉眼，兩個月的實習工作已經結束了?；厥走@兩個月來，真的是酸甜苦辣什么滋味都有。而正是這些滋味見證了自己一點點的進步。
從剛到這個班時學生們熱烈的掌聲來歡迎我的時刻開始，心里的甜的，他們都是一群很活潑的孩子，雖然還不太懂事，但是如果老師細心知道他們也會認真聽。少數學生還會成天跟在我后面問題，回想起這樣的情景，心里真的是很開心的。當然也有不愉快的時候，有的學生對于上課講話這個問題屢教不改，明明答應得好好的上課不講話了，卻總是拿不出實際行動來。當然，這只是個別學生，還有自習課學生完全沒有自習概念，好像學校安排了仔細課就是讓他們玩，讓他們輕松的，只不過是把玩的地方放在了教室而已。也許他們剛從小學升上來還體會不到，我覺得在這一點上我也做得不夠好，沒有能改變他們的這種習慣。
在擔任班主任的這一個多月星期里，我做得最多最強調的就是課堂紀律這一問題。因為我覺得紀律是做好一切的根本，沒有良好的紀律，不要說學到知識，坐在教室里也會讓人心情不愉快。雖然有了一定的效果，但是班里的紀律還是不盡如人意。因為以前他們實在是太散漫了，我記得去聽第一堂課的時候，教室里簡直跟市場一樣吵，上課和下課根本沒什么區別，依然會有同學擅自離開坐位到別的同學那里去講話，打鬧，做什么的都有，那時又沒有麥，我坐在后面根本就聽不到老師在講什么，可以想像那是怎么樣的一種學習環境。不要說自覺性不強的同學，即使是自覺性稍微強一點的也絕對沒有那么強的定力來好好聽一堂課。老師有時候也不想管，只是顧著把自己的課上完就好了。坐在前面的同學還能學到一些東西，可是做在后面的就完全學不到老師所講授的知識。我想，這也是導致兩極分化嚴重的一個最主要的因素。所以我真的是很有壓力，怕我去上課的時候也是這種我無法接受的情景。不過還好后來有了麥，我也特別強調紀律這個問題，所以課堂紀律有了一點點改善，不過還是很不讓人滿意的。而現在，班主任又做了一個令我想不到的決定，她把所有調皮，愛講課打鬧的學生全都放到后面去了，把比較聽話的一部分放在前面。也許這是希望好的同學更好，但也絕對會導致本來有點差的同學會變得更差，幾乎就是要放棄他們了，所以我覺得很痛心。畢竟在后面還是有些想好好學的學生。而現在這樣的環境，我想，對于初一的小孩來說是絕對沒有那種“出淤泥而不染”的定力的。

本學期，每個英語教師都是在忙碌中渡過的。我擔任四年級4個班的英語教學工作。但我力求在教學中做到扎實，有效，讓每個學生都有所收益，上好每一節課，帶好每一個學生?，F將本學期的學科教學工作總結如下：
一、思想方面：
堅持黨的四項基本原則，全面貫徹教育教學方針。認真學習《教育法》、《教師法》、《中小學教師日常規范》。積極參加學校的政治理論學習。注重學生的思想政治教育，堅持把思想政治教育貫穿于教學活動之中。我積極參加各種學習培訓。時時做到教書育人、言傳身教、為人師表，以自己的人格、行為去感染學生。作為一名教師自身的師表形象要時刻注意，我在注意自身師表形象的同時非常重視對學生的全面培養。
二、在教學工作方面：
教學中，備課是一個必不可少、十分重要的環節，備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴重影響課堂的氣氛和學生的積極性，一堂準備充分的課，會令學生和老師都獲益非淺。因此，平時，我緊抓備、教、改、輔、查等教學中的重要環節。備課時掌握每一節課的教學內容及重點、難點，同時還要能根據學生的實際情況，采用不同的教學方法。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍。
三、在課堂教學中：
1、在課堂上，認真授課，運用實物教具、簡筆畫，情景教學、手勢語言等方法來啟發、教育學生。鼓勵學生大膽質疑，注重師生互動、生生互動的教學，充分調動學生的學習積極性。
2、在聽力方面。為提高學生的聽力水平，常讓學生聽英語歌曲及英語會話的錄音磁帶，還讓學生表演對話，背書。
3、在課堂或課后，及時培養學生良好的學習習慣，課前多朗讀，課堂35分鐘讓學生集中注意力聽講，把老師講的內容真正聽懂，不是似懂非懂。課后認真完成配套練習，不懂的地方，多向老師或成績好的學生請教。調動優生給差生補課，取得了不錯的成效。
