二、快速作文的構思與審題
快速作文，是幫助學生在規定的時間內加快構思成文速度的一種寫作方法。
從信息論的角度看，每篇文章的制作成功，都必須經過信息輸入（即作文素材的攝?。?、信息加工（即審題立意、謀篇布局的構思過程）和信息輸出（即執筆行文或脫口而出）三個過程。
（一）審題是快速作文的第一步
審題不清，必走彎路，甚至偏題、跑題。
1.快速作文抓住重點和中心
要抓住重點和中心，一定要抓住題目的關鍵詞語，也就是所謂的“題眼”。在偏正結構的題目中，限制語或修飾語往往是題眼。如“記憶刻苦學習的同學”“刻苦學習”應是題眼，它要求寫一個兢兢業業、不怕吃苦、頑強學習的同學，舍此不合題意。
2.迅速弄清寫作的范圍
每道題目都有一定的范圍，無論擴大或縮小，都會不切題。題目的外延，就是它的范圍，審題時一定要弄清文題的外延。比如《童年的趣事》，有時間范圍“童年”，只有記憶小時候的趣事，才算切題。總之，應當全面理解題旨范圍，防止顧此失彼。
3.把握題目的深層含義
文題的深層含義一般有以下幾種：

三、快速作文要選準“突破口”
進攻敵陣，把敵人防線最薄弱的地方作為突破口，往往會出奇制勝；快速作文構思，如能選準一個“突破口”，也會收到事倍功半的效果。成功的經驗告訴我們，這個“突破口”應當放在主題的提煉上。提煉主題這一關突破了，謀篇布局便容易解決，而材料就會被主題“一線串珠”，安排得別致井然。
主題深刻，新穎。要做到這一點，必須鍛煉自己對事物的體察能力，在腦子里反復琢磨，從生活中發掘出事物的蘊含，從材料中找出它的本質意義。
四、快速作文方法
（一）“滾雪球聯想法”
快速作文構思的關鍵在哪里？所謂“滾雪球”聯想構思法，就是一看到文章題目后，哪怕只是產生一點點感覺，便立即憑這點感覺，借助發散思維，迅速聯想開來，隨著感覺的膨脹，材料不斷豐富，認識逐步加深，就跟“滾雪球”一樣，從小到大，文章輪廓也便逐漸形成了。
（二）快速“過電影”法
當我們審題時，大腦就飛快地轉起來，并借助于聯想和想象，如同過電影似的，把記憶倉庫里貯存的有關素材，一件一件迅速地投放在心靈的屏幕上，根據題目的要求進行鑒別篩選。最后根據表現主題的需求，選取寫作的最佳角度，對材料進行剪裁布局。――這就是“過電影”快速構思法的全過程。如，一道《貓的故事》的作文題。小作者“過電影”后清理出來的材料有：
