本課以學校的“至善教育”研究課題為依托，以全校各年級學生開展“孝、禮、信、智、勇”教育為基礎，專為和諧社會、和諧社區、和諧校園的創設而設計的德育校本課。本課從形象的故事引入，從學生身邊的小事引發思考，再遷移至生活和社會的各個方面，從而讓學生體會和諧的重要以及知道如何實踐和諧之道。
二、學情分析
本課設計的內容適合于四至六年級學生的認知特點，學生在日常的生活中無時無刻不涉及和諧相處的問題，同學之間、師生之間的和諧直接關系到校園的和諧，更是構成社會和諧的重要部分。本課設計注重歷史性、生活性、知識性、綜合性和開放性。以兒童生活為課程基礎內容，以豐富的社會資訊展示和活動為教與學的基本形式，關注兒童的自身體驗和個性表現。
三、教學目標
認識和睦相處乃傳統美德；從生活中了解和諧相處之道；認識社會中各種和諧的人和事；培養為建立和諧社會，從自身做起的理念；樹立為世界和平做出貢獻的理想。

（四）了解身邊和諧的人和事
教師活動預設：
1.你知道哪些和諧的人和事？（請先在小組交流一下）然后請小組代表說。
2.師介紹（配樂配圖）：正如當代雷鋒――郭明義；全國第一調解員――柏萬青；“油條哥”――劉洪安；“地球的女兒”――趙鴻；世界上最受尊重的政治家――曼德拉等。
3.從他們的身上我們看到了什么精神？（愛心、奉獻、誠信、保護環境、維護世界和平……）
4.從這些榜樣的身上，你受到了什么啟發？在生活中應該怎么做，才能達到和諧之境？（請寫一寫，說一說）
5.請貼在和諧樹上。（配《讓世界充滿愛》）
學生活動預設：
1.小組匯報搜集的實例。
2.觀看老師搜集的事例。
3.談感受或者收獲。
4.學生寫一寫如何才能做到和諧相處。并貼在“和諧樹”上。
活動設計意圖：通過組織學生搜集資料和展示資料信息，讓學生了解到和諧可以表現在生活的各個方面，從人、物和環境都可以構建我們的和諧社會和和諧生活。

1.師：其實不僅是中國，在世界范圍內，各國人民都有渴望和平的美好愿望（出示課件圖），他們是和平的使者，全世界人民的朋友，給人民帶來和諧美好的人。
