《Current Zoology》本刊是由中國科學院動物研究所、中國動物學會主辦的動物學綜合性學術期刊。刊登生態學（含各分支）和行為學、動物地理學、進化生物學、動物的生殖、發育和衰老、生理學和生物化學 、細胞學、遺傳學和分子生物學以及動物形態學等方面有創造性的研究論文。被《中國科學文獻數據庫》、《中國科學引文索引》、《劍橋科學文摘》、《生殖文獻目錄》、《WHO醫學公報》等國內外多家檢索系統收錄。
